PublishED is a University of Edinburgh student society that produces the semesterly publication 'The Inkwell', aimed at showcasing the literary and creative talents of our students. We encourage and offer exposure to budding novelists, poets, dramatists, artists and photographers. PublishED itself brings together a community of aspiring young writers, editors, and publishers.
For more information on events, or to keep in contact with the PublishED team, join our Facebook group or follow us on Twitter! You can become a member through our page on the EUSA website here.

Our regular meetings alternate between talks by guest speakers from the writing and publishing industry, open mic nights, and creative writing workshops. In addition we do Blind Date with a Book events and Drunk Creative Writing. We help to provide information and advice on how the book world works and how to work in it at events such as CCCF together with the Careers Service and Literature Society.
Guest speakers have included Winskill Editorial, Society of Young Publishers Scotland, Vicki Jarrett, Alison Baverstock, Edinburgh University Press and Catriona Child.
In 2014, we won the EUSA societies Illuminating Arts Award!
